Wellington Flour Mills (WFM) is one of the pioneers in the Philippine flour milling industry. WFM has traditionally been known for producing high quality flour products for its consumers and continues to fulfill its promise of excellence and consistency; thus assuring superior value and utmost satisfaction for its loyal clientele. Wellington Flour Mills is a subsidiary of Wellington Investment and Manufacturing Corporation (WIMC).

In 1954, Mr.Norberto Ty and Mrs. Salustiana Dee Ty founded Wellington Realty Investment in Binondo, Manila. After a year of operation, the corporation decided to expand its business to manufacturing; hence, in 1955, Wellington Investment and Manufacturing Coporation was established. Three (3) years after saw the beginning of Wellington Flour Mills, located in Pasig (then capital town of Rizal). Construction of the flour mill began in February 1958 and was completed after two (2) years. Wellington Flour Mills was fully operational in February 1960 and the manufacturing of quality flour products popularly branded as "WELLINGTON," "DOÑA SALUSTIANA," and "FILIPINA" had begun. Since 1960, Wellington's trade mark of QUALITY has become and continues to be a byword in the flour industry, including by-products such as bran and pollard.
